We propose in order to develop better conditions for passengers and drivers the following points:
1)Each hack license must have the legal character of a medallion (the past organization system should be improved)
ONE DRIVER-- ONE TAXI
2)Limit the number of hack licenses to 10000 ,including all actively providing the service(Taxis,Uber,Lyft,etc).
NO LICENSE--NO WORK
3)The Miami-Dade County Transportation Commision, should include 2 or 3 chairs for delegates of our association, anytime when transportation Industry related matters would be there to be discussed.
4)The Miami-Dade County, must regulate the service as soon as possible, making compliance mandatory standard established for transport of passenger.
